About Jaylena Dunn
 

Hi!, Im Jaylena Dunn. I started my fitness journey in late Jan 2013 doing a mixture of pylometric cardio and strength training along with a 1200 calorie diet. I lost over 50 pounds in about 6 months. I turned 21 that summer and begin to slip on my work outs and eventuallly over the course of 2 years i gained back every pound i had work so hard to loose.

 

Nearing the end of 2015 i decided to fully dedicate my life/time to fitness. This journey has been completly different from the first time around. I decided to educate myself and that led me to getting my personal trainer certification. Now along withe my weight training program and flexible dieting Im in the best shape ive ever been. Though i weigh more now than i did at 120 pounds, im wearingthe sam clothes. Ive come to learn to love my strong body and mucles over my skinney legs and NO butt! It is not about the scale! its about balance, living your life and enjoying the journey.

Through my own journey i fell in love with fitness and through that love i decided to get my personal trainers certification. Now i offer peronal training online and one on one.
